General Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the Bank's workplace technology platforms, with a primary focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and end-user computing solutions. This role engineers secure, scalable, and highly available collaboration and productivity solutions that enable staff to work efficiently while meeting banking, security, and compliance requirements. The IT Systems Administrator serves as a technical authority for workplace technologies, bridging strategy and execution by translating business needs into engineered IT solutions. This role provides senior-level escalation support, establishes standards and architectures, and partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver a modern digital workplace.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Required: Associates' Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field of study.
Azure + O365 administration
Cisco routers & switch config.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 5+ years IT front line and practical hands-on experience.
