IT Engineer

Responsibilities: of the IT Engineer: • Support and maintain shared lab infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, virtualization platforms, and endpoints. • Troubleshoot and resolve network, systems, and end-user issues across a diverse technology environment. • Manage IT infrastructure projects, deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day operational support. • Provide hands-on help desk support and serve as a key technical resource for internal users. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement infrastructure improvements and enhance lab performance. Qualifications: of the IT Engineer: • 3+ years of experience in an MSP, managed services, or highly diverse IT support environment. • Strong networking knowledge with CCNA-level experience in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting. • Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and endpoint technologies. • Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats across networking, systems administration, and help desk support. • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
