Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles and manage role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and compliant enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and business units.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture and administration.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform components.
• 10+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.

Preferences

• PL-600 or PL-400 Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages architecture and Power BI data modeling.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
