Role Overview
<\/h2>

We are seeking a Director of Automation<\/b> to lead enterprise‑wide Revenue and Sales automation<\/b> initiatives across a large, highly integrated B2B SaaS platform operating at global scale.

This role owns the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence<\/b> of automation across mission‑critical revenue workflows—including Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C)<\/b>, Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C)<\/b>, billing, compliance‑sensitive handoffs, and downstream financial systems.
<\/p>

You will lead a centralized automation function that leverages n8n and Workato as primary orchestration platforms, ensuring thatautomation is deterministic, auditable, scalable, and revenue‑safe<\/b>. This role partners deeply with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering<\/b> and serves as the executive owner of automation outcomes tied directly to revenue integrity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the enterprise automation strategy<\/b> for Revenue and Sales systems
    <\/li>
  • Establish standards, governance, and best practices for automation using n8n and Workato<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure automation aligns with revenue accuracy, financial controls, audit requirements, and scalability expectations
    <\/li>
  • Drive automation maturity from tactical workflows to platform‑level orchestration<\/b><\/li><\/ul>

    Revenue & Sales Systems Enablement
    <\/h3>
    • Own automation across end‑to‑end revenue workflows: Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Contract → Billing → Revenue Recognition → Renewal<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure seamless orchestration across systems such as:
      • CRM (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service platforms)
        <\/li>
      • Billing and invoicing platforms
        <\/li>
      • ERP and finance systems
        <\/li>
      • Compliance, classification, and transaction services
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Partner with RevOps and Finance leaders to improve:
        • Revenue predictability

        • Quote and billing accuracy

        • Cycle time reduction

          Platform & Integration Leadership

              Team Leadership & Delivery

              • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing automation organization including:

                      Required Qualifications

                      • 12+ years<\/b> of experience across systems, automation, or integration platforms

                      • 5+ years<\/b> in senior leadership roles owning enterprise‑scale automation or platform teams

                      • Deep hands‑on and architectural experience with:
                        • n8n<\/b>
                          <\/li>
                        • Workato<\/b>
                          <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                        • Proven ownership of Revenue and Sales systems automation<\/b>
                          <\/li>
                        • Strong background in B2B SaaS revenue models<\/b>, including:
                          • Subscriptions

                          • Usage‑based pricing
                            <\/li>
                          • Multi‑entity and multi‑jurisdiction operations

                          • Experience orchestrating systems at scale across CRM, billing, ERP, and finance platforms
