The IT Director – Enterprise System Architect is a deeply hands-on technical role responsible for standing up and maintaining the systems, environments, and tooling that support the transformation program. Business and functional requirements are owned by the transformation team; this role takes those defined requirements and makes the platforms real — setting the technical architecture strategy and roadmap, provisioning and configuring environments, managing licensing, establishing integration and middleware, setting up and operating the testing toolchain, and building the reporting and data foundation. The role ensures candidate platforms such as InEight, IFS, Salesforce, and Oracle Fusion are correctly licensed, configured, integrated, tested, and deployed consistently across environments. The position is based in our Houston, Texas office located at 12301 Kurland Drive, Suite 400 and reports to Dashiell’s SVP, Transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
