Title: IT Deployment Manager (Infrastructure & New Site Implementation)

Location: fully remote, but with 60% travel to 10 separate sites weekly being launched this year - travel is (2-3 nights/week initially)

Type: 6 month contract to hire

Notes

• We need someone that was a Field Tech/ Network Engineer in their not so distant past that is moving up to a Team Lead/ entry level manager to manage 2 Techs and can step in and be a tech when needed.
• This person needs to be a great communicator as he/she will be working closely with 2 key vendors (low voltage and network) and On-site Clinical Operations managers.
• It would be helpful if they've managed before, or at least have the aptitude and personality to manage.
• They need an Infrastructure-focused Implementation Manager to support the opening of 10 new outpatient imaging centers before year-end.
• This individual will manage a small team of field technicians while serving as the primary IT lead for site deployments, network connectivity, circuit installations, equipment rollouts, and go-live readiness activities.
• experience opening new healthcare facilities (someone coming out of a hospital or outpatient center would be ideal, apparently radiology lingo is a whole diff. world)- Radiology Center bkgd would be a slam dunk
• Strong networking knowledge (Cisco Meraki, switches, circuits, ISP management),
• Ability to partner across construction, operations, PMO, and infrastructure teams are critical
• They will have to work closely with CIO and present updates and communications to executives on progress
• Should have Circuit and ISP coordination experience, Vendor management and go-live support, and Leadership experience overseeing field technicians
