Job Title: IT Data Analyst

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

In this role, you, will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help improve patient outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive positive change in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHR), patient management systems, and other various healthcare databases.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights to support patient care and operational improvements.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations and trends in healthcare data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
