IT - Data Analyst

Working closely with Wholesale Operations, leadership, and the North American MAP ( Minimum Advertise Pricing ) Team, the Data Process Specialist establishes effective data management practices, supports informed decision-making through improved data quality, and develops training and documentation that enable sustainable process adoption and ongoing operational excellence. Given the variety, volume, and scope of the databases and data involved, this effort would also benefit from someone with a stronger technical background and experience working across multiple data sources.

Specific Skills Needed:
Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
Proficient in building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
Proficient in SQL.
Good understanding of data quality principles and how poor data impacts downstream systems.

We have an urgent need to comb through several different databases to develop an accurate and comprehensive picture of authorized accounts and their online sales activity.
In addition, we need to integrate this data into our MAP monitoring services and ensure that all relevant accounts and products are properly accounted for. This project is relatively urgent, but our current team is unable to dedicate the necessary time and attention to it while managing the day-to-day demands of MAP monitoring.
Given the variety, volume, and scope of the databases and data involved, this effort would also benefit from someone with a stronger technical background and experience working across multiple data sources.



GENERAL FUNCTION
The Data Process Specialist is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and optimizing operational processes related to the management of authorized accounts, approved brands, and websites. This role analyzes current workflows, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and develops standardized procedures that enhance efficiency, accuracy, consistency, and scalability. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
" Compile, maintain, and regularly validate the master list of authorized accounts, approved brands, and approved websites to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
" Audit current processes related to the onboarding, modification, and removal of authorized accounts, brands, and websites, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
" Evaluate and document existing workflows used to communicate account, brand, and website changes to the North American MAP Team.
" Analyze current data collection, management, and reporting practices to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, consistency, and scalability.
" Develop and recommend standardized processes, procedures, and workflow improvements based on audit findings and operational needs.
" Partner with the North American MAP Team, Wholesale Operations, and other stakeholders to implement and sustain approved process improvements.
" Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, workflow maps, and related reference materials.
" Develop training materials and provide guidance to Wholesale Operations and leadership to support consistent execution of account management processes.
" Monitor adherence to established processes and recommend ongoing enhancements to support continuous operational improvement.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
" Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
" Proficient in building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
" Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
" Proficient in SQL.
" Good understanding of data quality principles and how poor data impacts downstream systems.
" Self-starter who is innovative, able to multi-task, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
" Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment based on core principles and practices
" Excellent listening and communication skills and ability to articulate findings succinctly
" Strong organization skills with high attention to detail, timeliness, and confidentiality
" Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals, including those at different levels within CLIENT
