Join Our Team as a Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Located in the vibrant city of Irvine, CA, our company offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to make a significant impact in the medical device manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in driving operational performance and efficiency through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a Business Analyst in Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting manufacturing and supply chain data. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements across our regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from SAP ERP, Siemens MES, and other systems.
• Develop operational reports and analytics on inventory, production performance, and more.
• Utilize SAP and Siemens MES systems to retrieve and analyze manufacturing data.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, Operations Analysis, or related areas.
• Strong experience with SAP ERP and Siemens MES systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL Query Development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferences

• Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics tools.
