IT Coordinator

• Provides technical support to staff.
• Maintains the integrity of the network/systems security and optimization of the network.
• Installs, maintains, and upgrades computer workstations and software.
• Develops and implements disaster recovery procedures
• Monitors and maintains network stability
• Installs and configures desktop and laptop systems.
• Provides Intranet and Internet services that allow employees to connect to data and applications.
• Configure employee equipment to connect to the Internet and Company applications.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 

Communicates information such as software bugs, weak documentation, and new product ideas to the appropriate departments/teams.
