What you'll do:Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT equipment across all locationsManage relationships with IT vendors for installs and upgradesCoordinate network node installs, PIN pad installations, and POS system upgradesCoordinate reinstallation of back-of-house restaurant systemsEscalate and resolve restaurant IT tickets that need extra attentionHelp restaurant staff with email password resets and account accessLead the upgrade of our manager workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (or replacement) across all locationsWhat we're looking for:Experience in IT coordination, help desk, or IT supportPOS, PIN pad, or restaurant technology experience a big plusComfortable juggling multiple vendors and projects at onceWorking knowledge of Windows 10/11Strong organization and communication skills.
