Description
This role involves working closely with engineering teams to integrate and deploy software solutions. Based in Charlotte, NC, the position is a contract role focused on supporting customer success and product adoption. The consultant will engage with clients to understand workflows and implement technology solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and activation of solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to identify technical challenges and recommend effective use cases.
- Develop strong relationships with client engineering teams for seamless product integration and utilization.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and advocate for necessary feature implementations.
- Utilize product instincts to contribute to setting the technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- Strong engineering foundation with experience in technical environments.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in professional or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and minimal need for supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior engineers and executives.
- Willingness to travel 25 to 50% as required.
