Duties will require providing customer service to the City's many general government and public safety customers. An Associate Degree in a related subject field or equivalent experience, and two years of experience supporting communications equipment and systems required. NIMS certification(s) preferred. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Class C Texas driver's license. Candidates will be subject to a criminal history check. Must not have any criminal conviction above the grade of a Class B misdemeanor or any Class B misdemeanor within the past 10 years; other convictions may also be considered. Must be available for emergency call-outs after normal hours. It is requested that a résumé be included with application.
