- Job Title: Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst

- Project/Initiative Summary:
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Daily problem-solving and build tasks within Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules
- Team Structure:
- Collaborate with a team member who is a certified OpTime/Anesthesia analyst
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve tickets in the Prime Ticket Queue
2. Participate in system upgrades and related tasks
3. Complete project work as assigned
4. Perform regular system maintenance
5. Prioritize and address daily support issues
6. Collaborate with team for troubleshooting and solution development
7. Document solutions and maintain records of changes
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in healthcare, especially with surgical services
- Familiarity with Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules
