Role Overview

We are seeking an expert-level IT Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes and practices to guide the design and implementation of information technology solutions. This role requires specialized depth of expertise to interpret business issues, recommend best practices, and solve complex problems with innovative solutions. The successful candidate will work independently, lead functional teams or projects, and be recognized as an expert within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and calculate monthly metrics by pulling data from multiple sources.
• Develop and implement processes for automation where possible to streamline metric reporting.
• Lead enterprise-wide business process analysis to align IT solutions with customer needs.
• Develop long-term IT strategies and ensure systems align with corporate goals.
• Manage large-scale IT projects and oversee IT financial operations.
• Provide executive-level recommendations for business process optimizations.
• Work independently, providing guidance in complex situations and potentially leading functional teams.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelors degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on metrics and calculations is required. The clients description also notes 15+ years of experience for a senior-level analyst with a focus on enterprise IT and financial strategy.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, along with an adeptness for metrics and numerical calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Expert-level proficiency in IT budgeting, system analysis, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and cross-functional team leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $67.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and geographic location. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
