Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Tax and IT stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
• Analyze APIs, JSON payloads, system integrations, and data flows.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Teams.
• Clarify requirements during development and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of document management platforms, SharePoint, and metadata management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, or similar tools.
