1?Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC); 2?Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health; 3?Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication; 4?Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout; 5?Work as a global team members, manage local resources to support IT global strategy; 1?Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service managements; 2?Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities; 3?Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills; 4?General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure, general knowledge of system development and product designing; 5?Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays; 6?Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
