Job Summary:
This role will be instrumental in establishing and executing a global policy management framework within Capital Markets. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure documentation adheres to regulatory and internal standards. This position is crucial for building a sustainable operational model for policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with SMEs to update and refine documentation.
Assess existing policies for consolidation or enhancement opportunities.
Ensure all documents meet management requirements.
Provide administrative support for policy tracking and repositories.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the policy framework.

Must-Have Skills:

Project management or change management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Effective stakeholder management

Industry Experience:
Experience within the Capital Markets industry is required.
