IT Business Analyst

Shape the Future of Finance Technology

The IT Business Analyst will partner with the finance and tax business stakeholders and product owners (PO) to understand and identify needs. They will act as a bridge between the business and IT to gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and translate them into systems solutions to be implemented.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or other relevant education, required.

• 6 to 8 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Good understanding of business process in SD or FICO, in the context of a globally operating enterprise. Strong business and IT literacy.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision or technical direction by demonstrating initiative to seek answers to relevant business questions.
• Broad general knowledge of current and relevant information technology including hardware, software, and programming languages, functional configuration capabilities in the respected area.
• Very strong ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals in a challenging global organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IT language and vice versa.
• Strong skill in requirement engineering which includes defining, analyzing, evaluating, planning, and documenting.
• Entrepreneurial minded, team player and good problem-solving skills.
