Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as the key liaison between business teams and IT organizations. This role will support local priorities, projects, business applications, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, machine connectivity, and digital continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and business processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable solutions while partnering with local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT for local initiatives, projects, and operational support.
  • Collaborate with business/IT teams to deliver sustainable, standardized solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with process owners, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure project success.
  • Support transformation projects through requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption activities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and site leadership to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate priorities, communicate risks, and support solutions that meet aerospace requirements for quality, traceability, compliance, cybersecurity, and operational performance.
  • Support QSE initiatives, including issue resolution, training requirements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, industrial operations, business process management, or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes, including engineering, product definition, configuration management, manufacturing preparation, and shop-floor execution.
  • Experience working with engineering, PLM, MES, ERP, MRO, reporting, or manufacturing-related business applications.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, coordinating testing, supporting deployments, and driving user adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience collaborating within multi-site and international organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related work.
  • Experience working with global teams.
