IT Business Analyst/QA

The EMIT BA/QA Analyst supports the migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory by defining security role requirements, executing and automating testing, validating deployments, and providing post-production support. This role follows Client's SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery.

Title: IT Business Analyst/QA Analyst
Location: Mason OH - Hybrid
Contract: 2-3 Months and Possibility of Extension
Work hours: 40 hours per week.

Job Description:
The EMIT BA/QA Analyst supports the migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory by defining security role requirements, executing and automating testing, validating deployments, and providing post-production support. This role follows Client's SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Product: Call Center, Retail, and Security applications migrating from LDAP to Active Directory

Required Skillsets:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes
Demonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testing
Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL
Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and research
Experience in working in multiple test environments and management of test data across them
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects
Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills
Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment
Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira as well as Microsoft Office applications

Nice to have
Experience in implementing A.D. or A.D. B2C projects
Experience in writing requirements and testing projects with defined security roles
Experience with test automation and performance testing tools
Knowledge in utilizing AI tools for requirements and test case creation
Broad-based knowledge/experience of managed vision care or healthcare industries
