Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding stakeholder needs, analyzing problems, and capturing requirements to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of midrange technical experience
• Experience with web applications, strong understanding of Agile SDLC
• Experience in coordinating the deployment of changes through non-production and production environments
• Release and deployment planning and execution experience
• Solid application management, deployment, and coordination understanding

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Tech background from school/college, Java familiarity
• AI exposure
• Positive and entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to make a positive impact
• Proven work in an agile environment within a well-defined Software Engineering or Delivery role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and reporting skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Capture and refine business and/or system requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders and the Development Team to ensure requirements are met
• Perform cost/benefit analysis to align technology with business strategy
• Ensure changes to the application are compliant with standards and policies
• Assist users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users
