Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst III to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and risk management processes, with experience in utilizing the Remedy ticketing system. This position requires an onsite presence and is an ASAP hire. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for overseeing changes and projects within our organization, ensuring successful and compliant software deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate across the organization and provide clear updates to senior management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow an existing refined process while seeking continual improvements.
- Proactive engagement to assess readiness and minimize risk of non-compliance and negative impact from changes.
- Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends as required to support change activities.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, make decisions, and adapt to change.
- Ability to perform as a Project Manager.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Over 3 years of Project/Change Management experience.
- Prior Change Coordinator experience.
- B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management and strong knowledge of Change Management theory and team dynamics.
- Experience with ITSM, BMC Remedy Ticketing System, JIRA, and project risk tools such as PPRT.
- Bank experience and comprehensive knowledge of business unit functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Administer overall Change Management for the Project Book of Work.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate successful and compliant software deployment processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, stakeholder coordination, records updates, and process documentation.
- Work independently as well as efficiently with peer Change Coordinators to eliminate duplications of effort.
- Motivate software developers, scrum masters, and project managers to build cooperative work teams to deliver results..
