Develop system use cases, scenarios, and test plans (7+ years experience)
Perform IT Business Systems Analysis (BSA) with BA responsibilities (7+ years)
Create UML diagrams for requirements documentation (5+ years experience)
Contribute to architecture and design discussions (3+ years experience)
Document API requirements and specifications (1+ year experience)
Utilize hands-on development experience (3+ years) to bridge technical gaps
Apply financial/investment banking domain knowledge (3+ years experience)
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of total professional IT experience.
Requirement elicitation and analysis
Creating system use cases and test plans
Business Systems Analysis (BSA/BA hybrid role.
5+ years UML diagramming (e.g., sequence, activity, class diagrams)
Software architecture/design fundamentals
Hands-on development experience (any language)
