    Job Description
    • The Automation Technical Business Analyst will analyze and translate the business needs and assess the feasibility for enhancements to existing knowledge management resources or building new content in Horizon Confluence.
    • In this role, resource will elicit and document the business and functional requirements, generating process/data flow diagrams, and crafting user guides/videos. Resource will be working directly with technical experts to translate their standards and guidelines to consumable knowledge content for any technical end user. As a Business Analyst, also responsible for maintaining this content through any changes or updates.
    • 5 years of experience in technical writing or Agile User Experience (UX) required
    • Knowledge Management, DevOps, Scripting, Technical Writing
    • Experience working in Agile methodology and a deep understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners - ability to translate between these two constituencies including technical writing
    • Understanding of how technology interacts with other technology
    • Experience with Horizon Confluence and/or building of user interfaces
    • Highly organized and motivated to deliver results with minimal direction
    • Creative and proactive problem solver - ability to understand what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they desire
    • Naturally curious individual with the ability to quickly become the authority in the various data and systems used by the team
    • Strong relationship, team building and facilitation skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Visio
    • Strong understanding of Confluence and Jira.
    • Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform.
