    Position Summary/Job Description:
    Skills Overview:

    What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
    Experience
    •5–8 years of backend development experience
    •Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/WebFlux expertise
    •Experience with microservices and REST API development
    •Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture
    •Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing
    •Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL performance optimization skills
    •Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
    •Production support, monitoring, and observability experience
    •Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
    •Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end
    •Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills
    •Experience with scalable and high-throughput systems
    •Bonus: AdTech, BigQuery/GCP, reactive programming, AI-assisted development tools experience
