The program includes rotational experiences and formal mentorship designed to provide a broad range of experiences across various facets of Information Technology IT. Participants will gain exposure to different roles within IT departments understand all disciplines and be assigned a path for training and skill development. Ultimately they will be placed in a role based on their affinity and skills.
