Graduate IT Assistant

1. Provide general hardware and software support; troubleshoot pc/printer problems and software programs.

2. Set up new pcs and printers downloading needed software/drivers.

3. Assist with audio visual equipment set ups, operation, and maintenance.

4. Assist department in keeping new monitor running; update as necessary.

5. Assist with departmental web site development and maintenance.

6. Assist with Unix operating systems.

7. Familiarity with both Windows and Apple operating systems would be a plus.

8. Prepare backups for pcs, and other duties as assigned.

Hourly rate for this position is $15. 10 hours a week.
