    Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

    Education and Experience

    Experience: 5+ years in IT operations or asset management, with 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or system administrators.

    Asset Tracking: Deep familiarity with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, or Ivanti).

    System Knowledge: Strong understanding of endpoint administration (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, MDM tools like Intune or Tanium).

    Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing budgets, reviewing quotes, and processing PO approvals.

    Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, lead technical staff, and report to senior leadership.

This role provides leadership to the System Administration team, ensuring efficient daily operations, user account management, and workplace device uptime.     • Supervise and mentor System Administrators, managing performance goals, training, and daily workloads.
    • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical support issues and endpoint troubleshooting.
    • Enforce endpoint security policies, ensuring all user devices are properly patched and compliant.
    • Govern system administration workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and identity access management.
    • Approve Purchase Orders (POs) for IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals within budget.
    • Manage the equipment refresh process, creating standard schedules for laptop, desktop, and mobile upgrades.
    • Maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) database, ensuring exact tracking of inventory from procurement to disposal.
    • Manage relationships with hardware vendors, software publishers, and leasing partners
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset deployment, refresh cycles, and device disposal.
    • Analyze operational metrics to improve team response times and asset efficiency.
