Under the general direction of the IT Applications Support Coordinator, serves to support the PeopleSoft Financials system operated by LSUHSC. Incumbent provides necessary expertise in the functional aspects of supporting, upgrading and maintaining the software system. Serves as part of the Functional Help Desk by assisting the end-user communities; provides leadership to the users during upgrades, testing, maintenance, and modifications. Performs demonstrations and trains users as needed, provides guidance on LSUHSC policies and procedures that relate to PeopleSoft Financials.
