IT Applications Analyst II

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Experience: 3+ years' experience analyzing and supporting IT applications Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments.

Overview:

 

Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assists in the development and execution of deployment plans.

Qualifications:

 Experience:

3+ years' experience analyzing and supporting IT applications Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments

 

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position

 

Other Qualifications: Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Strong user training and support skills

Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements
