IT Analyst - ITAM - Pensacola, FL - Contract - $22-32 Per HR
This position involves managing IT assets and inventory in a dynamic environment. Located onsite, the role is contract-based and requires proficiency in asset management and inventory systems. Responsibilities include product receipt confirmation, inventory management, and equipment disposal, utilizing general inventory tracking and management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm receipt and update records of IT assets from vendors.
- Manage inventory warehousing services both onsite and offsite.
- Coordinate and perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide delivery services and manage shipping logistics for IT assets.
- Assist in the disposal and recycling of obsolete equipment according to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT asset management and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in general inventory tracking software.
- Knowledge of IT equipment and compliance standards for disposal.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and implement new directives.
- Strong communication skills for vendor liaison and customer advisement.
