    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement.
    • Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies.
    • Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations.
    • Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance.
    • Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
    • Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technologies.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders.
    • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
    • Experience managing software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
    • Experience with AI, automation, chatbots, or knowledge management solutions.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
    • Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
