IT Analyst
Immediate | Onsite | $58-70K

We are seeking an IT Analyst to join a collaborative IT team. This role provides hands-on experience across all aspects of technology, combining IT support with server support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Support basic networking tasks, including switches, firewalls, and connectivity
Assist with phone system support and troubleshooting
Manage user accounts and access within Active Directory
Provide server support and maintenance as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
Basic understanding of networking and server management
Knowledge of switches and firewalls
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
