Join Our Team as an IT Analyst! Salary Range: $62k-$66k Do you enjoy solving complex problems that others give up on? At WITRON, an IT Analyst is more than a support role. You will become a trusted expert for highly automated distribution centers, investigating issues, analyzing business processes, and helping shape software solutions used by some of the world's leading logistics operations. You will work with Oracle databases, application logs, warehouse management systems (WMS), and software workflows to identify root causes, support customer requirements, and drive solutions from investigation through completion. If you are naturally curious, enjoy digging into complex systems, and take ownership of problems until they are solved, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Analyze and investigate software and operational issues within highly automated logistic warehouse environments. Trace problems through application logs, database records, process flows, and system transactions to identify root causes. Own customer incidents, change requests, and assigned tasks from initial analysis through successful resolution. Work closely with software developers, project teams, customers, and operations personnel to drive solutions. Evaluate customer change requests and recommend, adjust, or reject proposed changes based on business value, operational impact, and system stability. Support testing, simulations, software releases, and new customer implementations. Learn and develop expertise in WITRON's own Warehouse Management Systems. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and process improvements. Support project managers and project leads during implementation and rollout activities. Continuously expand your knowledge and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. What Makes You Successful You enjoy solving difficult problems and do not stop after the first unsuccessful attempt. You are curious and naturally like to investigate how systems work. You take ownership and drive issues to completion. You communicate effectively with customers, developers, and project teams. You are comfortable working independently and deciding what needs to be done next. You challenge assumptions and look beyond symptoms to find the actual cause. You are interested in understanding both technology and logistics operations. Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot application-related issues. Experience reading log files and investigating system behavior. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. Nice to Have The following skills are considered a plus, but they are not required. We provide training and development opportunities for motivated candidates. Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Experience reading or debugging application code (C#, C++, .NET). Experience in logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), automation, manufacturing, or supply chain operations. Experience supporting software implementations, testing activities, customer projects, or system rollouts. We are more interested in strong analytical thinking, curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn than checking every box. If you enjoy solving complex problems and have SQL experience, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1-3 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, software implementation, technical consulting, business systems, warehouse systems, or similar technical roles. Travel Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
