IT Administrator | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- Our client is a rapidly growing, 100% employee-owned manufacturing company
- This full-time, exempt position is based on-site in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: Up to $140,000
- PTO: 3 weeks starting
- Retirement: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) with a 4% company match

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT ADMINISTRATOR
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for users, devices, production systems, and multiple locations.
- Manage employee IT onboarding, access, equipment, and training.
- Maintain Windows Server, Linux, endpoints, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Administer LAN/WAN infrastructure, network monitoring, and documentation.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity access.
- Maintain technology assets, coordinate upgrades, and support business applications.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT ADMINISTRATOR
- Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack including Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, etc.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- IT Certifications highly preferred
