IT Administrator

Qualifications

* 2+ years of IT administration or technical support experience.
* Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
* Working knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* *CDK experience is a plus*, especially experience supporting automotive dealership systems.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees.
* Manage computers, networks, servers, user accounts, and software.
* Set up and configure workstations and equipment.
* Monitor system performance, security, backups, and updates.
* Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
* Maintain IT documentation and equipment inventory.
* Work with outside IT vendors and service providers as needed.
* Support cybersecurity and data-protection initiatives.
