    JOB SUMMARY:

    Handles routine IT support tasks. This includes setting up PCs, installing hardware and software, and supporting end-users. Also helps test system changes, deploy updates, and manage the device inventory.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Bachelor's Degree information technology, or a related field (Required)
    • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
    • Less Than 2 Years of Experience of experience in IT asset management or a related field (Required)

    • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

    • Uphold ethical principles by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring informed consent, and making decisions that prioritize the well-being of both patients and staff.
    • Work seamlessly within diverse teams, bringing together professionals from various disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve collective goals.
    • Follows established protocols and guidelines to complete tasks accurately and to mitigate basic risks, and reports any potential compliance issues to their supervisor.
