    Issue Management Engineer
    Location: Auburn Hills, MI
    Type: Contract

    Key Requirements
    • 5+ years in automotive engineering, quality, validation, or issue management
    • Own pre-/post-production issue tracking from intake through resolution
    • Experience with GIM / issue tracking systems, dashboards, reporting, and issue aging
    • Strong knowledge of automotive validation, HIL, PWB, launch readiness, and field quality
    • Experience with IOP, IQS, QFS, warranty/field performance
    • Strong RCA, corrective action, problem-solving, and lessons-learned experience
    • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA
    • Coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, Warranty, and Customer Support
    • Strong communication, documentation, escalation, and cross-functional leadership skills
    • Stellantis Engineering Releasing Process experience preferred
    • Automotive electrical/electronic systems experience preferred
