POSITION SUMMARY Enhances the quality of life for Credit Union members/team members by meeting or exceeding their service expectations. Shows a strong aptitude for problem solving and analysis as this person works to provide the Credit Union with concise, accurate and clear explanations for various data related inquires, by leveraging several tools, and resources. Works with management and senior analysts to learn the detailed nuances of our systems and processes, constantly developing and implementing the skillset required to provide effective recommendations for modifications to our systems, and business processes. Participates in the installation and maintenance of various non operating system related software and automation, under the guidance of management and/or senior staff as to provide reliable and uninterrupted service to our members and staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field obtained through a formal 4- year program at an accredited educational facility preferred or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of Information Systems experience in financial institution preferred. Power-On experience preferred.

Ability to multi-task and be agile to serve members and employees. • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaborative tools (Teams and Zoom). • Thorough knowledge and understanding of organization's Employee Handbook and policies. • Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act.
