Overview

This is 100% remote position. CHLA requires a primary residence in California prior to start date.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Information Services Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations, governance, compliance, operational risk, and technology management functions of the Information Services department. This position partners with IS leadership, Information Security, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Legal and Compliance, and business stakeholders to coordinate technology governance activities, operational processes, audit readiness, vendor oversight, business continuity planning, disaster recovery coordination, and enterprise risk management activities. The IS Operations Analyst monitors and tracks compliance activities, operational risks, governance actions, and performance metrics while maintaining documentation, reporting, and operational processes that support organizational policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and strategic objectives. The role promotes accountability, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and effective governance across Information Services.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Required:

  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience coordinating and independently leading operational governance, compliance, audit, or technology initiatives, preferably within a healthcare information services environment.
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Expertise in digital organizational methods.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating resources, deliverables, and meetings.
  • Experience leading multiple projects at one time and comfortable with a fast-paced collaborative work environment.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of contracting processes.

Education/Licensure/Certifications: Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Healthcare or Business Administration or related field. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Pay Scale Information

$81,120.00-$108,160.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
