Irrigation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our client's team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.

Duties:

• Install and repair irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, pipes, and controllers

• Perform regular maintenance on irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems

• Adjust water flow and pressure to meet the specific needs of each landscape

• Collaborate with landscapers and gardeners to coordinate irrigation schedules

• Dig trenches and lay pipes for new installations

• Use power tools and hand tools to complete installation and repair tasks

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and components

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repair work

• Ability to dig trenches and perform physical labor as needed

• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices

• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during installations or repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
