Role: Irrigation Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Operations Manager to lead, grow, and build an established irrigation department.
This is not a maintenance management position. It is an opportunity to take ownership of a business within a business.

Extensive experience in irrigation installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Experience growing an irrigation service business or department is highly preferred.
Experience meeting with customers, preparing proposals, and developing business opportunities.
Experience managing project scheduling, labor, equipment, materials, and billing.
Experience with Weathermatic SmartLink or other smart irrigation platforms is a plus.
Experience with Aspire software is a plus.
Irrigation certifications are preferred.
Strong leadership and team development skills.

Ability to identify problems and recommend effective irrigation solutions.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the irrigation department.
Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and completed with high quality.
Manage labor, equipment, materials, project documentation, proposals, and billing.

Become proficient with company operating systems and mobile technology.
Lead the implementation and utilization of smart irrigation platforms.
