IRF Manager, Inventory Planning & Export Order Management, serves as the cross‑regional lead for North America inbound and outbound supply, export order management, and customer service operations, coordinating inventory planning and supply alignment across APAC, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and Latin America. This role sets the strategy, governance, and performance framework for North America operations while ensuring strong alignment with global supply sources. The position drives service improvements, inventory optimization, and disciplined, data-driven execution across inbound and outbound IRF flows, ensuring alignment with customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage core inventory and order processes, including forecasting demand, planning inventory levels, and placing parts orders
Support day‑to‑day customer service and inventory operations through data analysis and performance tracking
Work closely with in‑country teams to improve inventory performance and customer service through continuous improvement efforts
Maintain accurate inventory data and help define and manage minimum and maximum stock levels
Support and improve the use of inventory and ordering systems, including training teams to fully use system capabilities
Analyze inventory performance, backorders, and lost sales to identify trends and fix root causes at the part level
Communicate daily with regional teams to ensure accurate data, alignment, and strong performance monitoring
Forecast usage and place orders to ensure inventory meets demand requirements
Share insights, results, and recommendations with operations, inventory, and sales teams
Support special projects and business initiatives as needed
Collaborate with global teams to identify gaps, drive system improvements, and elevate service levels across inventory and order management operations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply planning, or customer service operations
Proven track record driving process improvement and delivering measurable results against performance targets
Strong ability to communicate across different levels of the organization
Experience tracking performance against internal goals and external benchmarks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on data
Ability to develop clear executive summaries and business cases
Willingness to travel internationally
