This is responsible supervisory and participatory work within the TASCO Teen Programs division although work may be assigned in other divisions of the department as needed. Work involves responsibility for planning, scheduling, supervising, and assisting in the development and execution of recreation programs and teen focused events, and other duties as assigned. Work includes exercising independent judgement in initiating and carrying out assignments, as well as taking direction from supervisory staff. Work is subject to review by a supervisor through observation, inspections, periodic conferences, and the reaction of the participating public. Work hours will vary, based on programs, to include days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
