Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to join a law firm in Minneapolis, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a remote work model.

The Paralegal's responsibilities include:

*     Manage patent prosecution matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions, including PCT and foreign filings
*     Prepare, review, and file patent applications and related documents
*     Handle IDS filings, formal documents, and correspondence with the USPTO and foreign associates
*     Maintain and manage individual docket responsibilities using Foundation IP
*     Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses
*     Coordinate with attorneys, patent agents, foreign counsel, and clients
*     Utilize internal procedures and tools to ensure consistency and quality of work
*     Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help refine workflows and best practices
*     Support annuity management processes using CPI
*     Collaborate with team members to provide coverage and share knowledge across matters

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, associate degree in Paralegal studies or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience in patent prosecution
  • Foreign prosecution experience is required
