We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IP Legal Practice Assistant to support our Intellectual Property team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with US patent application filings, managing deadlines and docketing, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, maintaining electronic files, and supporting administrative tasks such as calendar management and client communications.
Requirements include at least 3 years of IP legal practice assistant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn practice-specific software, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
