IOS Engineer

A rapidly growing digital financial platform is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling its mobile application ecosystem. This individual will lead development of the native iOS experience while helping shape broader mobile strategy across Android and web-based mobile platforms as the product suite expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of native iOS applications in Swift
• Establish mobile engineering best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture patterns
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences
• Contribute to broader mobile strategy across iOS, Android, and mobile web initiatives
• Drive performance, reliability, and security across mobile products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing native iOS applications
• Deep proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Experience operating in fast-paced, product-driven environments

Preferred Experience

• Background developing products for international or emerging markets
• Prior experience within fintech, payments, digital banking, or adjacent regulated industries
• Strong product/design intuition and appreciation for user experience
• Additional full-stack or cross-platform engineering capabilities
