We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join a growing and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure invoice requests are completed correctly

  • Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to invoicing activities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Perform additional administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams

  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
