As an Investor Reporting Associate within Commercial Real Estate, you will focus on multifamily, commercial, affordable, and structured loans, such as mortgaged-backed securities. In this role, you will collaborate with agencies like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as master servicers, to ensure adherence to reporting and remitting requirements. You will also participate in and oversee projects. Ideal candidates have a background in investor reporting accounting, with experience in multifamily or commercial mortgage loan servicing. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential.
